Start your 2013 run calendar like never before and join Color Manila Run 2013! Featuring the first run where participants will be showered with colored powders at specific stations, this event is the very definition of a fun run.
Color Manila Run 2013
This fun run will be organized by seasoned run organizers Proactive Sports, in partnership with KangaROOS. The run will feature five different color-themed stations which will shower runners with colored powders (absolutely safe on the skin, in case you’re worried). The stations are thus:
- Magic Yellow (features cheerleaders)
- Ocean Blue (drum line)
- Funky Pink (mosh pit)
- Evo Green (dancers)
- Fiery Purple (poi performers)
Running the “color gauntlet” of this many hues guarantee a vibrant finish for the runners participating!
The Color Manila Run, true to its fun run nature, will only feature short distances. With just 1.5k, 3k, and 5k categories, this event is an experience for people of all shapes and sizes and of course, all fitness levels. In fact, there will probably be less running going on and more partying with all the color stations along the route.
Color Manila Run 2013 will be on January 6, 2013. It will be at the usual running grounds of Metro Manila, at Bonifacio Global City. Registration will be until December 15, 2012 at the following registration sites:
- Urban Athletics Greenbelt 3
- Toby’s SM Mall of Asia
- Toby’s SM Mega Mall
- RUNNR Trinoma
- RUNNR Bonifacio Global City
- RUNNR Alabang
The Color Manila Run 2013 registration fee is PHP 750.00 across all categories and is inclusive of a race entry, race bib, shirt, Color Manila Run sunglasses, a color packet, and a medal. See you there!
